BK Mladá Boleslav scored four times in five minutes and five seconds to turn around their game against Mountfield HK and secure all three points at home. Hradec Králové had taken the lead shorthanded through Vukojevic early in the 15th minute, after the hosts had also created chances to score first.
Tomáš Hyka equalised just after Mladá Boleslav’s five-on-three power play ended, with Matěj Gardoň assisting. Felikss Gavars put the hosts ahead 38 seconds later, then Gardoň made it 3–1 by intercepting the visiting goaltender’s attempted pass. Pavol Skalický added the fourth at 25:56.
Mountfield pulled back a goal before the second intermission and moved within one in the third period, but Mladá Boleslav held on, with Dominik Furch helping deny the visitors another score. Gardoň said the team needed a performance like this to rebuild confidence. He also praised the growing trust given to his fourth line, while stressing that the players were staying humble.
