Fife Flyers strengthened their position in second place in Challenge Cup Group B with a 4-1 win over Glasgow Clan at Braehead Arena. Reece Kelly opened the scoring just over six minutes into the first period, finishing on the backhand after Mike Petizian found him in front on a rush. Cole Kodsi levelled at 13:48, forcing the puck over the line from close range; the goal stood after video review.

The teams were tied after 20 minutes, but Fife moved back in front just before the midway point of the second. Zach Power set up Mika Partanen, and the goal was awarded after officials reviewed the play and ruled there had been an immediate scoring opportunity when Rasmus Tirronen dislodged the net. Fife held the lead until Ross Armour's turnover led to an Evan Dougherty-to-Lucas Chard two-on-one finish with three minutes left. Power added an empty-net goal with 1:55 remaining to complete the win and secure both points.
