Felikss Gavars is Mladá Boleslav’s leading scorer with 10 points (4+6) after a quarter of the regular season. The Latvian forward has formed the club’s most-used line at five-on-five with Matěj Gardoň and Jakub Lichtag, who have played 92 minutes together. Gardoň has seven points and Lichtag five.

The trio has been on the ice for seven goals scored and just one conceded. It is the only Mladá Boleslav line with substantial shared ice time to have a positive goal difference. The line also has a 53% share of expected goals, despite opponents generating slightly more shots while it is on the ice.

Its strongest contribution has been limiting high-quality chances: opponents’ average expected-goal value is 0.6 lower against the trio than against other Mladá Boleslav lines. The line also boosts the team’s five-on-five scoring potential by three goals per 60 minutes. Gavars distributes and carries the puck, Gardoň drives transitions and contributes to 20 team shots per 60, while Lichtag is the line’s most active shooter.
