Skellefteå’s first line paid off for Fantasy SHL managers in Matchweek 3. The reigning champions won all three of their games, and players from the team claimed three of the four places among the week’s stars.
Rickard Hugg was the top forward, scoring a decisive goal and adding three assists for 28 fantasy points. The weekly center award went to a player who scored twice and recorded three assists, finishing with 32 points and becoming the game’s points king for the first time this season.
Defenceman Pontus earned 27 points, including a goal on the penalty kill. Goaltender Joel also scored 27 points after taking over from teammate Ward, who had a difficult start to the week; Joel responded with two strong performances in a row.
Managers can set up a fantasy team for Matchweek 4, with the deadline on Thursday at 18:00.
