Liiga’s Fair Play Committee has reviewed incidents referred by the video room and issued 10-minute penalty marks for diving or embellishment under Rule 64. The listed games are KalPa–SaiPa on 2 October 2026, SaiPa–HPK on 15 October and Ilves–Jokerit on 17 October. The announcement does not identify the players involved.
The decisions were based on video footage available from the incidents. Each breach established by the committee adds one 10-minute penalty mark to the player’s disciplinary record, and the marks will appear in Liiga’s official statistics. Three such marks result in a one-game suspension under league rules.
A committee decision can be appealed to Liiga’s disciplinary delegation under Chapter 7 of the league’s disciplinary regulations. Liiga says the committee considers Rule 64 cases from video and is not required to hear from the player concerned.
