Straubing Tigers overwhelmed Iserlohn Roosters 11-4 on Friday, with J.C. Beaudin scoring three goals and adding an assist. The result was the night’s highest-scoring game, as Straubing ran away with the win at the Pulverturm.

Eisbären Berlin moved to the top of the PENNY DEL table after beating Grizzlys Wolfsburg 5-0. Goaltender Jonas Neffin recorded his third shutout in four games. Augsburger Panther also won at home, defeating Fischtown Pinguins Bremerhaven 3-0 for Tobias Ancicka’s first shutout in an AEV jersey.

Three teams picked up road victories. Adler Mannheim beat Nürnberg Ice Tigers 5-2, ERC Ingolstadt defeated EHC Red Bull München 5-1, and Schwenninger Wild Wings won 4-1 at Kölner Haie. Schwenningen’s victory lifted them out of the bottom position, which passed to Iserlohn.
