HC Škoda Plzeň scored three times in the third period to overturn a two-goal deficit and beat Skellefteå AIK 4-2, keeping their unbeaten start to the 2026/27 Champions Hockey League season intact after five games. Jan Růžička made 16 saves from 18 shots for the hosts.
Skellefteå took the lead at 17:06 of the first period when Oskar Vuollet scored from below the blue line, with Måns Forsfjäll setting up the play. Pontus Johansson made it 2-0 in the second, skating through the near circle before wristing the puck past Růžička.
Adam Měchura cut the deficit with less than a minute left in the period, finishing Ondřej Rohlík’s pass. Jakub Chromiak tied the game with a one-knee one-timer in the third, and Jakub Lev tipped in the go-ahead goal at 56:41.
Skellefteå pulled its goaltender in search of an equaliser, but Růžička held firm. Rohlík scored into the empty net to seal Plzeň’s fifth straight win.
