Ludvig Persson made a shutout as Växjö Lakers defeated Genève-Servette 4-0, handing the visitors their second loss of the season. Växjö scored once in each period and added an empty-net goal late in the game.

Olivier Nadeau opened the scoring with less than a minute left in the first period. Max Isaksson’s touch pass found Nadeau above the crease, where he moved the puck from backhand to forehand and beat Robert Mayer.

Karl Henriksson doubled the lead in the middle period, tipping in Keegan Lowe’s pass from the slot. Olle Karlsson made it 3-0 after intercepting Mayer’s attempted pass from behind the net and scoring into the open cage.

Lowe completed the scoring with an empty-net goal from his own zone in the third period. Genève-Servette are coached by Sam Hallam, Växjö’s former long-term head coach.
